I did pretty good today, but I did eat a couple of my homemade (low sugar) cookies. I don't really count them as "crap" though, so I think I was successful!

I go through "phases" of times where I'll be really good. And then not so much. I just went through a crappy food phase and I felt like garbage constantly, so now I'm eating better and glad that I am!!

buying lots of fruits (mostly fresh but dried too!) keeps my sweet tooth at bay... sometimes that and a chocolatedark savored or a giant spoon of nut butter helps with cravings. but seriously i think packaged foods are just addicting but i understand it being hard with exams and law school demands which are no doubt challenging. good luck today :)

Good morning! You know you can always come over to College Station and we can hang out and vent about how much of a rut we are both in. I like the no crap idea, but I am going to make it into a no processed food idea. I made a coconut cake yesterday and will definitely be having some tonight after dinner!
