Leave a separate comment for each entry

  • Tell me your staple grocery items. [I buy apples, bananas, and mushrooms every single week.]

  • Tell me how you shop: list, meal plans, recipes, on the spur?  I generally don’t write down the normal stuff we buy all the time but I make a list if we need special ingredients.

  • Tweet about this giveaway:  I want to win free groceries from Cardio Foodie @KarissaReneeD

  • Post a link to the giveaway on your blog.

I make a list of essentials, write down necessary stuff and sometimes while at the store if something catches my eye I get it.

My staples are spinach, broccoli, navel oranges, greek yogurt, skim milk, cereal, and ice cream :) I’d love to have some help covering them one week!

I usually write down the ingredients I need for any recipes I want to try or anything my husband wants. Then, I fill in the gaps with any staples or impulse purchases… maybe I should stick with lists!!

We buy milk, almond milk, and oatmeal on a regular basis.

I shop from a list. We try to plan ahead according to what is on sale and what we can match up with coupons. We bought an extra freezer so we can store things we buy in greater quantities when there’s a price mark down.
