I am sure you all will think I am crazy, but this treadmill situation is getting on my nerves! I decided to go to gym later today(at 6) so that hopefully the random people that show up stop taking my treadmill. Guess what, guy from Tuesday there again! I honestly could have screamed, but I resorted to giving him a semi-evil eye and then huffing and puffing loudly on the crappy old treadmill. I had 3 miles on the schedule, but could only stare at myself in the mirror for 2 miles. I wish could stop myself from being so aggravated, but these people are throwing off my training schedule. It is one thing if I had seen them there regularly, but they just show up randomly for a few weeks then quit all the while messing with a training plan that I follow religiously. I returned the apartment griping to my hubby and informing him that it was war and I would be up at 430 to hog my treadmill for 2 hours if needed to prove my point. (I won’t really, but you know).
Anyway, sorry about that! I needed to blow off steam. Thursdays are a lovely 12 hour day for me. I woke up 10 minutes late today, barely made it out the door on time, got to school only to realize I left my Blackberry at home!!! Ahhh! 12 hours no Blackberry–I may survive. It may be good I suppose.
Breakfast was another packet of GNC Be-fulfilled. This stuff is so chocolately.
I dumped in one packet, filled my blender bottle with water and few ice cubes and shook the baby up on my way to the car. Even just with water it was pretty thick and creamy.
Lunch and snacks were all packed in the time span of about 5 minutes. I am becoming the fastest lunch packer on the planet.
Lunch container with bag of apples slices and spork in top holder.
Lunch is the last sweet potato microwaved and topped with cinnamon. Confession: I like cold mashed up sweet potato. I am too lazy to walk downstairs for a microwave so I just put this baby on ice and eat it cold. Sweet potato is such a filling lunch food, especially when it is the size of your foot like this one!
Snacks are Honey Graham and Brownie Cliff Z bars. Goodness I need to stop eating so much packaged food. I need to come up with some alternative snack options for my packed lunches.
Can you survive a day without your Blackberry/iPhone/Cell?
I am sure that I can, I just don’t want to. I feel so disconnected! How can I tweet during class with no phone, haha!
What are some healthy, fresh, easy to pack snacks?
I like carrots, but I am cheap and buy whole ones that need chopped. Maybe I should spring for the baby carrots. When grape prices go down I plan on replacing my packed bars with lots and lots of grapes!
